Event announcement of the "The 35th Mynavi TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION 2022 AUTUMN/WINTER”

The Executive Committee of TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION will hold "The 35th Mynavi TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION 2022 AUTUMN/WINTER” (hereafter Mynavi TGC 2022 A/W) on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the Saitama Super Arena.

■The theme is ”GOING MY RUNWAY”

TGC has continued to evolve with the times, transforming into many forms for people to enjoy it anytime and anywhere, including online and through the VIRTUAL TGC. In this time of diversity where "being oneself” is respected, TGC wishes to support people who shine with their own individuality. This wish has culminated in "GOING MY RUNWAY”, the theme for Mynavi TGC 2022 A/W, using RUNWAY as a symbol of TGC.

The key visual features colorful runways which represent people’s individual runway expressing diversity. The key visual was designed in collaboration with IMAGICA EEX Inc., a leader in the field of cutting-edge creative technology and our development partner in VIRTUAL TGC and TGC's entertainment-tech.

〈About TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION〉
TGC is one of the largest-scale fashion festivals in history. It has been held twice a year since August 2005 under the theme of "bringing Japan's girls' culture to the world." A total of about 100 popular models representative of Japan perform in a fashion show displaying Japan's street fashion. The festival also features live performances by impressive artists, a special stage filled with popular guests, booths where participants can touch and try popular items, and various other contents unique to TGC. TGC has been gaining attention both in Japan and abroad.
