Aso College Group presents TGC KUMAMOTO 2024 by TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION (hereafter Aso College Group presents TGC KUMAMOTO 2024) will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Grand Messe Kumamoto.

With the arrival of spring, various flowers bring smiles to us in April. After a five-year hiatus, TGC KUMAMOTO is making a comeback.

■ The theme is “BLOOMING ENERGY”

In Japan, the concept of blooming has long been used metaphorically to symbolize the expression of potential and the achievement of success. Higo Roku Hana, consisting of Higo Morning Glory, Higo Chrysanthemum, Higo Camellia, Higo Camellia, Higo Peony, and Higo Iris, has been a beloved presence in Kumamoto throughout the seasons. As new flowers bloom in spring, a diverse array of blossoms, akin to the Higo Roku Hana, come together, creating a moment unique to TGC Kumamoto—the gathering of BLOOMING ENERGY, the energy for flowers to bloom.

〈About TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION〉
TGC is one of the largest-scale fashion festivals in history. It has been held twice a year since August 2005 under the theme of “bringing Japan’s girls’ culture to the world.” A total of about 100 popular models representative of Japan perform in a fashion show displaying Japan’s street fashion. The festival also features live performances by impressive artists, a special stage filled with popular guests, booths where participants can touch and try popular items, and various other contents unique to TGC. TGC has been gaining attention both in Japan and abroad.
