TGC MATSUYAMA 2024 by TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION (hereafter TGC ATSUYAMA 2024) will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Ehime Prefectural Budokan.

The ‘TGC Regional Revitalization Project,’ launched in 2015, has been promoting the charm of regional cities through TGC events held in Fukuoka Prefecture’s Kitakyushu City, Toyama, Hiroshima, Shizuoka, Kumamoto, Yamanashi, and Wakayama. Finally, the much-anticipated debut in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture! The event in Matsuyama, co-hosted by Matsuyama City and Ehime Prefecture, has been confirmed!

Since its reconstruction in 1894 (Meiji 27), Dogo Onsen Honkan has continued to shine through the eras of Taisho, Showa, Heisei, and now, Reiwa. After five and a half years of preservation and repair work, this symbol of Matsuyama City in Ehime Prefecture, which carries historical and cultural significance, is ready to embrace the future. TGC Matsuyama 2024, the first-ever event of its kind in the Shikoku region, will be held on the first weekend when the landscape of Matsuyama, unchanged for 130 years, welcomes back its visitors. We will continue to showcase the charm of Matsuyama, loved by people from all over the world, to the next generation, transcending time.

〈About TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION〉
TGC is one of the largest-scale fashion festivals in history. It has been held twice a year since August 2005 under the theme of “bringing Japan’s girls’ culture to the world.” A total of about 100 popular models representative of Japan perform in a fashion show displaying Japan’s street fashion. The festival also features live performances by impressive artists, a special stage filled with popular guests, booths where participants can touch and try popular items, and various other contents unique to TGC. TGC has been gaining attention both in Japan and abroad.
